Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. Best lawyer ever. Gets the job done fast and efficiently. 5 stars.
He was completely unprepared for my suppression hearing he failed to sapeana a key witness.he also failed to call out the police for changing their story from the one they told at deposition. He is definitely not worth the kind of money he charges.
This is by far the worst local lawyer you could possibly hire on any case. In my experience this lawyer does not work in his clients "best interest" he appeared to side with law enforcement instead of defending me like he was hired too. He Bratley ignored clear evidence that would have helped my case, and refused to challenge misconduct from the police.. I hired him to fight for me but he went against me. I'm writing this . Bc I dont want anyone else to go thru what i did,, This lawyer will betray you in every way possible as his own client.. This so called "defense" lawyer will completely betray his clients he will set his own client up. He will ignore solid evidence that could've helped me. he refused to question he cops. and acted as if he was protecting them instead of me. His own client./ I felt trapped unprotected and completely blindsided. if your thinking about hiring this lawyer pls think twice don't make the same mistake I did.
I was charged in a domestic violence situation. My family hired Waylon before doing research on him. Because he’s the best in town right? WRONG after over 50k retainer that was taken for this man to tell me I needed to plea out to 22 years. Waylon had represented the defendant in my case prior to my family hiring him for my representation. Needless to say after the plea talk he was fired and I got a new attorney outside of bay county that took my case to trial for me and I was acquitted. Thank god for actual attorneys that aren’t corrupt. All I can say is I hope he doesn’t loose sleep over all the people he has made suffer under his false representation. Money can’t cover up bad morals or being a down right terrible human being. Thanks
This is the worst lawyer ever. He lies to his clients and steals their money. I used him in a federal case. He took my money up front. Then lied to me and deceived me into pleading guilty. Please, do yourself a favor, do not hire this individual. You would be better off with a public defender. Especially if it is a federal case. This is coming from someone who waylon graham sent to prison.
