Ms. Scoon is a brilliant lawyer who was a great listener and a genuine advocate for my cause. She is a kind and compassionate human being, and highly skilled in her work.

Appears to love fighting for the underdog. Has practiced for several decades and still appears to be unwavering in his desire to obtain justice for his clients. I was very pleased with Ms. Scoon's services. I do wish that court costs were not so extremely high because I would have pursued my case further due to the severity of impact on my life and well being.
Unfortunately she was very difficukt to get in contact with my case. Alot of excuses on her behalf and her office staff. Frequent mistakes made by staff that slowed process down. After months of waiting on results of case she informed me she would need roughly $3000 more to pursue case further. Did not continue on with case because I felt she never earned the first payment amount. She had my case open for 10 months and when questioned about capabilities she tried to blame the mistakes on me
If you're case includes anything where disability is ever pertinent, do not go with this lawyer. He is unaware of what a disability means and will not be interested in learning or researching further. I had to do all his research, provide all the arguements, and organize all his papers and he charged me extra. I had to convince him to do any work or pursue anything in my case. He was rude and offensive. He commonly mentioned how much he liked the witnesses of my opposition. I think he was biased
