Hired Don Dennis for an ancillary estate to transfer the title for a single piece of real estate. It took so long to initially get the estate set up that listing the property for sale was delayed and we likely missed potential buyers. We eventually closed the primary estate and transferred the property to a new LLC jointly owned by the beneficiaries of the estate. The title transfer was requested in January of 2025. It's April and communication and action have been non-existent. I've reached out via email and left messages at the office, and never receive any actual information, just promises to follow up later. Later never seems to arrive unless I call the office again and ask for status. Without a doubt the most unprofessional attorney I've ever interacted with.
