Boyette Law Firm opened its doors in 2022 to provide a quality legal service to the city of Panama City, Florida and the surrounding areas. Robert F. Boyette has been practicing law in the Panhandle Area of Florida for over 16 years. Mr. Boyette has an Undergraduate Degree in History from the University of Florida and a Law Degree from Florida Coastal School of Law. Mr. Boyette spent the first nine and half years of his career honing his trial skills as an Assistant Public Defender with the 14th Judicial Circuit's Public Defender's office before moving on to private practice to focus on Family Law and Criminal Defense.

If you want a lawyer & law firm that genuinely cares about YOU, this is the law firm. In a world where $$$ rules, how refreshing to deal with a lawyer who actually has compassion & cares! I can’t find the adequate words to express my gratitude for Mr. Boyette & his wonderful paralegal, Deb Hoey. Two words I know fit: a blessing. If you want a “nasty” lawyer and you want to be ugly, this is NOT the lawyer. But if you want a lawyer who will fight for you & who genuinely cares about you & your case. It's terrible to put children through any kinds of separation. Understand all break ups are hard to accept. The moment parents work together to admit marriage is over is Normally the toughest part. Each parent should understand they should agree what's best and fair for a child's development to develop healthy during this period. You should not aggravate one another or fight while proceedings are going on. Instead use this time to work on yourself to become the best version of yourself for the children ✨️ and calmly communicate shared times ⏲️ and avoid worrying what the other parent may be saying about you. I suggest abandoning all and any social media so emotions will not be used while making healthy decisions. This Law Firm helped close a chapter that was necessary because relationships or Marriage should just happen. You should not have to work or put any effort into it. The moment you start you are living like siblings. BOYETTE Law Firm will help you through the entire proces

Hired Attorney Robert Boyette

I highly recommend Boyette law firm for custody/family matter. He was honest and knowledgeable during our consultation. We liked that he did not sugar coat any feedback when my husband and I presented our case. He accepted our case, represented us for a year and a half and won. He was so informative and passionate during our trial, he will fight for you as long as you do not with hold information (honest information). Family matters take time and a lot of patience, but so worth it!
