Mitch and his staff were excellent. He helped us win an eviction case, where the landlords were trying to force us out after we had fixed some minor damage that had happened. He was prompt and sincere.
He was very through and precise.
I would not recommend this attorney, even though I won my case . he is rude, arrogant, condescending, and extremely unprofessional. He overcharges and refuses to discuss his bill even though I was billed for several 18 minute conversations… when my phone records say I never spoke to him for more than 6 minutes. He drug this case out… it really felt like he was representing the opposing side… even though we won he kept on billing and canceled the attorney fee hearing. I am sure he did not want to explain his charges to a judge. I went with him on the recommendation of a friend . Had I taken the time to research him , I would have gone elsewhere. His reputation definitely precedes him
