Niko G. Marneris co-founded Marneris Law, P.C. with his wife, Cynthia A. Marneris (Zenko), in 2019 after operating his own practice, The Law Office of Niko G. Marneris, P.C. He focuses on all aspects of residential real estate transactions, from negotiating contracts, to reviewing key due diligence and title documents, to guiding clients through closing documents in both purchase and sale transactions. Niko is dedicated to addressing clients' questions and concerns throughout the process, and empowering them with information that helps them become a more informed participant in the transaction. In addition to his legal work, he manages the daily operations of the firm’s Palos Hills and Chicago, West Loop offices and has helped establish the firm as a leader in Chicagoland real estate closings.
Niko’s passion for real estate began early in his career, drawn to the dynamic nature of the industry and its impact on neighborhoods and people. He was recognized in Chicago Agent Magazine’s Who’s Who in 2019. Niko earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2003 and his Juris Doctor from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2006. He was admitted to the Illinois State Bar in 2006 and holds a Real Estate Broker’s License. Outside of work, Niko enjoys biking, traveling, and spending time with his Greek family. He is a member of several legal and real estate organizations, including the Illinois Real Estate Lawyer’s Association, Chicagoland Association of Real Estate Attorneys, Illinois State Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, and proud Affiliate of the Chicago Association of Realtors.
