Since 1986, Wil Florin and Tommy Roebig have repeatedly obtained record-setting multiple million dollar jury verdicts on behalf of our clients in some of the nation’s most conservative jurisdictions. Together the two currently hold Florida courtroom records for the largest contested jury verdict in Pasco County, Florida history and the largest contested jury verdict in Hernando County, Florida history. At various times during the past thirty (30) years have held the records respectively for the largest contested jury verdict in Pinellas County, Florida history, the largest medical malpractice jury verdict in Pinellas County, Florida history, the largest contested jury verdict in Sumter County history, the largest contested injury jury verdict in the Clearwater Civil Division history, and the largest probate division jury verdict in Pinellas County, Florida history.

The firm was slow in returning phone calls and keeping me updated on progress of my case. There was an error made in quoting me the amount of the settlement offer, which was later rectified. I was a "small" client and felt that had I been a business owner or large-settlement client, I might have had a better experience.
