Rhona Kauffman has been practicing law since 1994. She currently practices in San Diego, Riverside, and Orange County. Concentrations include Civil matters including but not limited to REAL ESTATE LAW including residential & commercial real estate matters, issues, disputes and transactional preparation of contracts, contract review, homeowner association disputes, and landlord tenant disputes and purchase and sale agreements; BUSINESS LAW including corporate and partnership formation, disputes, transactional, EMPLOYMENT LAW, and ESTATE PLANNING. She was involved in the high profile Fred Goldman v. O.J. Simpson Wrongful Death action in 1995 which was the successful civil litigation against O.J. Simpson.
