David Greenberg was the former Chief Deputy District Attorney of this Riverside County DA's Office. During his 20 plus year career in the District Attorney's Office, he won many awards including prosecutor of the year awards multiple times. As the Chief Deputy, David ran the day to day operations of the District Attorney's Office. This gives David a huge advantage with clients' cases. I was recommended to this firm and more directly to Molly Tucker. I can tell you from the very first phone call I had with her, I was instantly put at ease. She allowed me to explain everything that was going on, and was intentional about not only the legal problems, but also understanding the personal nature of what was going on. I felt she really took to heart my situation and was determined to fight for what she knew was fair and right. By the end of my phone call, she already had done some research on my case and had a detailed action plan to fight, and do it quickly. Molly kept me up to date with every step, and was always very honest with what roadblocks we were hitting and what the possible outcomes and options were. She fought hard after each one and in the end, with how she presented my circumstances and case to the judge, and he dismissed it himself as well as getting my record sealed within a month. I cannot express how grateful I am for Molly and the firm she represents.

My divorce attorney recommended Soda and Greenberg when my wife falsely accused me of domestic violence. They were quick to respond to my request for defense and Molly Tucker was attorney assigned to the case. I found Molly to be very knowledgeable and capable of guiding me through the justice system which was unknown to me before. She developed a strategy and followed up with every aspect in a professional and timely manner. The strategy and volume of evidence she developed resulted in the charges being dropped without delay. Molly is my hero. I highly doubt her for any and all legal situations.

Outstanding work completed Molly, David and their awesome staff, we 1st hired another attorney trying to save a buck but had to let him go because he was all promises and no work, I then called David right away and asked if he would like to take on my case, David and Molly meet us the next day for a in person meeting to see how they can help. They got to work on all areas of this issue immediately. We live 10 hours away from the desert now so they mad it easy when possible and represented my presence in court, that right there saved me with all the court hearings about 10,000 dollars, in the end through the awesome guidance of Molly who knows her stuff for sure we were dismissed and all was thrown out of court. You would be foolish to hire anyone else
