Graduating third in her class at the University of Florida, College of Law in 1981, Jody H. Oliver, a native of West Palm Beach, Florida, provides quality, personalized estate planning, probate, guardianship and business law services. She has enjoyed an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell for over twenty-five years, the highest rating afforded to an attorney by her peers, and scored the highest grade on the Florida Bar's state section when taking the bar exam in 1982. Specific legal matters she handles include all estate planning, probate, guardianship cases as well as business transaction matters. Having received the "book" award for the highest grade in Contracts in law school, she also has aided her clients on numerous contractual business transactions, including real estate, corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, lender /borrower workouts and landlord /tenant issues.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
