Kyle C. Horth is an associate in the Trusts and Estates, Corporate Law, and Taxation practice groups.
Kyle received both his J.D. (cum laude) and LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. While in law school, Kyle received a Book Award in Legal Drafting, was a member of the University of Florida Tax Moot Court, a recipient of the Estates & Trust Practice Certificate, a senior research editor for the University of Florida Journal of Law and Public Policy, and a member of the Real Property Law Association. In addition, Kyle volunteered with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program as a tax preparer.
