Mr. Sherman's personal life experiences resonate with many and have inspired him to offer legal services in Estate Planning and Business Law. His education at Cambridge University's Downing College of Law in England provided him with a strong foundation in International Law. Recently, Mr. Sherman expanded his expertise by studying Blockchain technology at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T.), which he plans to integrate into his practice to better serve his clients. His passion for animals earned him a prestigious appointment on the Florida Bar Animal Equine Law Committee.
Mr. Sherman's journey is marked by overcoming significant personal loss and managing legal matters for family members diagnosed with ALS, Kidney Cancer, Pancreatic Cancer, and psychiatric and physical incapacities. He has navigated Social Security issues, Elder Care Law, Government Assistance Programs, Medicare, Medicaid, and Experimental Treatment Programs. Mr. Sherman has also experienced the business world firsthand, having purchased, sold, and merged businesses, and invested in successful startups. He invented and patented the Rapid Fluid Freezing process and built a machine to create and store alcohol ice, earning the Bourbon & Brewing Award for "20 People to Know" in the industry.
Mr. Sherman has made appearances on Fox Network, NBC, ABC, and CNBC, and his business endeavors have been featured in publications such as The Miami Herald, New York Magazine, and Courier Journal, among others. Despite his own medical challenges, including Fibromyalgia and Ankylosing Spondylitis, Mr. Sherman remains dedicated to representing his clients with the same commitment and care as he does for his own family.
