Hired Attorney

Reminds me of Alex Murdaugh! Crooked as they come. Stole from underdogs and vulnerable people. Was a terrible disgraced Attorney and human being.

Hired Talikka in 2006 for a criminal drug case that was my first offense an f4 and f5. Not knowing what we do now, he accepted a $6000 check from my family up front. He lied about a number of facts in order to get my case. He did not investigate or work my case properly, gave very poor advice, once he got our $ he was done. I agreed to a 10 month concurrent plea as he said if I fought for the entrapment I would get 10 yrs. Never tried for a better plea. I also ended up doing a year instead of 10 mos as he didn't properly file paperwork on time or fight to fix the error that was made. Judge considered going g against plea as a 1st time offender with mitigating factors, but Talikka gave me the worst counsel to say to the Judge which basically blamed an illness and showed no accountability on my part. I was naive about the law then, and wish I knew then what I know now. He was suspended on 36 counts of not working his cases prejudicial misconduct

Hired Attorney

Mr. talikka’s firm is irresponsible. he failed to file paperwork for me which ended up costing me an additional $20,000 to get cleared up with another attorney.
