Hired Attorney

W. Fletcher Schrock, President of the shamelessly corrupt Kentucky Bar Association, refuses to uphold Rules of Professional Conduct by allowing crooked attorney Frank Anthony Brancato to act incompetent, without diligence, unethical and with gross misconduct. Shame on any firm that would associate with the non-transparent KBA. Schrock feels so above reproach he will not even give victims the courtesy of a simple reply! Kentucky Bar Association = Unethical lawyers protecting Unethical lawyers!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
