Jon attended the University of Delaware and obtained his bachelor’s degree in 1973. He graduated from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law in May 1976, and was admitted to practice law by the Kentucky Bar Association in October 1976. He is also admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Jon’s career encompasses the full spectrum of civil litigation beginning in 1976.
