Very quick and efficient response. They see you for free and tell you if they think you have a case or not. The very much keep you in the loop about what is going on. We were feeling very overwhelmed and really in over our heads and they have been a really big help to us.

They were very kind and told me everything up front, the price and what I could expect to happen. They took care of everything and they responded to my calls in a timely fashion. At one point they called me even while they were on vacation.

Wasn't good at notifying once the case was won, had to keep contacting his office. It was fairly fast though, so no complaints.
