I hired Mr.Hart on workers comp case, he has directed me to the right direction and has provided all my medical needs, show a lot of concern.

Sometimes non-responsive. Diligent servicing requests, answering questions. Seems to favor quick settlement vs. pursuing trial. Suspect slight tendency to favor insurance companies vs. aggressive pursuit of plaintiff claims for monies due. For services rendered vs. cost of services a good value for the money spent.Generally a good lawyer for general purposes, but not recommended for complicated/unusual cases as his fees are in the 10-15% settlement range..perhaps better if higher fees paid?
