Mr. Lutke is by far the best lawyer I have had to hire. He is easy to keep in contact with, he was very knowledgeable about my case and stayed up to date on the situation. He is confident and knows exactly what he's doing. Thanks to him I did not receive a prison sentence.
Mr. Galloway changed his trial strategy at the last minute without accurate information being supplied to his client. Mr. Galloway then convinced his client to go to bench trial rather than a jury trial. Client then was given the Maximum sentence of Life rather than the 20 year plea agreement he had been offered prior to trial. Very bad communication skills. Very untruthful. Very disappointing. Very sad.
Hiring attorney Mike Lutke was the worst experience with a lawyer I had ever experienced. First off, Mr Lutke is a liar!! He lied about being on his "watch list."(protection). I should of known not hand a lawyer $2500 and sit, and wait for a summons!! Quote / unquote being on his watch list. No Brainer a lawyer money of course I will be prosecuted!!... So he can OBTAIN the $2500 of MY retainer money. Please do not hand ANY attorney money without being summons to court!! Also, do NOT be scammed by scanning over your citations for a price. Magically your citations will be on the prosecutor's desk. Especially, if prosecutor's name is Jacob Cantwell of Christian County.
Mr. Lutke is a corrupt crooked lawyer. He's operates by relatationships NOT LAW!!! He has his own interest in mind. Taking money from you, and feeding the Judicial system. He started his business like that, and keeping up his standard. He is Not knowledgeable about the law he practices. Response time is Horrible, Not organized. He didn't know anything about my case. Definitely not Trustworthy. I guess I will File a compliant against him in attempt to get return of money I paid for services not received.
Terrible client representation. Bad communication. Misleading information. Horrible follow tar. Inability to stand up to constituents in legal situations in State of License. Blatant disregard for client wishes and uniform failure thru out court proceedings.
Impossible to get in touch with. Will not answer questions timely fashion. Abandon myself and husband just prior to sentence.
