Hired Attorney

Was referred to this lawyer by his partner as my pre-existing counsel was retiring. The matter that was presented was a semi-complicated abandoned ROW issue that involved a vacating process with the respective County agency, clearing up some chain of title items, identifying unrecorded utility easement corridors... Initial guidance was well prepared and gave me the fuel to move forward to get things in order to begin the due diligence process to get the matter going in the right direction. Got down to the wire and then got a "fly" in the soup as he had a representation conflict that did not get mentioned. Attempted contact both voicemail and email once that disclosure was discovered. No response, no courtesy explanation. So not only doesn't he litigate the issue should that be necessary he avoids transparency and speaking directly to let me know I don't have counsel or to provide a alternate route my handling my representation. Boo...

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
