Hired Attorney S. Ray Hill III

Ray Hill destroyed evidence in two cases he represented me in, a Title VII and a FLSA collective action with multiple plaintiffs. Sidney Ray’s list of infractions is long, egregious and reprehensible. I find it odd that this attorney would receive his first professional award of any real merit in a decade after losing the biggest case his firm has ever touched. Isn’t that the kind of thing where named partners get their names scraped off the front door with butter knives? Be careful to not confuse a “yes-man” for a “nice-guy” that was one of my many mistakes when dealing with him. I trusted him and I would advise anyone reading this to not do the same.
