Mayo Mallette, PLLC is a law firm established in 2000 with an office in Oxford, MS. At this office location, there are 8 lawyers practicing general civil practice, federal practice, trial practice and 24 other areas of law.
Appointed as a special master and has done nothing to move our case along- NOTHING. He is still getting paid but is of no use. Six years and counting on our case against a professional litigator who is using the courts only to harass and cost us stress and money. Just collecting a check. If you are offered a different special master choice-take it . Don't choose this one. I wouldn't wish this hell on anyone.
He has taken money from clients for 6 years and can’t get our case to court. He is our special master that was appointed. We have all nicknamed Cal Mayo “special do nothing master”. He sure takes the money but can’t make a decision. He acts as if he is scared of the other side who has been in numerous lawsuits and manipulates Cal like a puppet.
