The BEST lawyer I could have asked for. I read these other reviews and idk what they are talking about. Though by reading them it seems to be the same person multiples times. Mr. Hit was always available to me AND members of my family that had questions! I never had to leave a message with someone at a office but instead contacted HIM directly on his personal phone anytime! He was reasonable and affordable. We got me the best out come on my case! I will use him in the future for all my legal needs!! he even took my case like a week before my court date and worked hard to get everything handled! He did whatever it took to make sure myself and my family were informed! Really went the extra mile!

I hired Mr. Hitt to represent a family member in a criminal case. The case took a year to go through the federal court system. Mr. Hitt worked diligently to get the charges reduced and a plea deal that was acceptable In the end we could not have been more satisfied with the sentencing. Without Mr. Hitt’s knowledge of the law and his determination to get the best deal possible I feel the outcome of our case would have been very different. He was very compassionate and understanding when working with my family.

Working with this lawyer was the worst decision we ever made Once he gets your money you will hear nothing he lies and slow pokes around and does nothing you will have to fire him and get another lawyer and try and get your money back as we are doing now he has already been reported to the bar once before and now we have to do the same and he will act like he has done enough for your money and a tell you have a good day he is a crook I would not recommend anyone to use him!!!!

The WORST attorney is an understatement. He was very responsive initially, but stopped once payment was made to him. I paid $650 for a no fault divorce in 2018 and here it is 2020 and I cannot get in touch with him. I filed a bar complaint against him, but nothing was done as far as I know. This attorney is a scam. He talks good game, but will skip out on you. Do NOT Hire HIM!!

CARTER HITT is the WORST Attorney ever. I HAVE been with him for about 5 years and filed 2bar complaints. The Mississippi bar doesn't seem to take a strict action against this attorney although many complaints were filed against him. I texted the general consul of the Mississippi bar many times and he wasn't helpful. He took 1500 dollars olus attorney feea and did nothing. Imgain i have been patient for 5 years. I will keep filling complaints and maybe contact the Supreme court itself to follow up with the bat complaints filed against this attorney. He is literally the WORST attorney EVER

Working with this lawyer was the worst experience I ever have. He didn't not provide the service to me and charged me $450.00 on March 22, 2019. I contacted him several times and he never returned my calls. I eventually got a text message stating he was out-of- town with a girlfriend who father died. I texted him back stating that I had retained another attorney due to the fact of no communications and lack of trust in him. Carter told me that he would refund my money and never did. I did file a complaint against him with the bar association.
