Simple matter - review of contract for sale of vacated City property having been rented ... Failed to inform me that City has unique requirements for right of refusal ... That was learned just by chance in communications with the title company ... Caused a last-minute problem for settlement. Very disappointed being charged for an expensive hour of time, when little legal value was added. Have no intention of returning my business back here again.
