Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Mr. Billian represented my son in an EXTREMELY difficult divorce and custody case a few years ago. We were more than pleased with his knowledge, professionalism, and expertise in handling my son's case. He kept us informed and was always available to answer questions. He helped us to keep our perspective when emotions got the better of us and helped us to maintain realistic expectations. His conduct in the courtroom was beyond reproach. I am happy to report that after two long days of trial, Mr. Billian succeeded in getting my son sole legal and physical custody of my grandson. Needless to say, we were thrilled, not only with the result, but with Mr. Billian's expert representation. My family and I highly recommend Mr. Billian!
Mr. Billian has been most responsive and a pleasure to work with during a difficult time in my life.
He was very thorough and answered all my questions. He didn't make me feel bad about having to declare bankruptcy.
I was in a desperate situation and needed legal help, so I reached out to this firm, hoping for guidance. I paid the consultation fee right away and was eager to speak with Mr. Billian. Although he joined the call a few minutes late, I was understanding given the complexity of my case. However, from the very beginning, the meeting felt unproductive. About 30 minutes into the consultation, it became clear there was nothing he could do for me. While I can accept that not every lawyer can take on every case, the way he communicated this left me feeling dismissed and belittled. Rather than offering any meaningful advice or potential alternatives, his tone made me feel as if I was foolish for even seeking help. The call ended after about 45 minutes, leaving me just as lost as before—but now out the consultation fee, which I could not afford to waste. To add insult to injury, he closed by saying I could reach out again if I needed help in the future. That will absolutely not be happening.
I am disabled and was completely misrepresented as such by Alan Billian in my divorce case. The compassion for my disability was zero. Alan is stretched thin and short on office help which led to little or no follow up on his part. I was very disappointed in his services.
