Evan is unprofessional, untrustworthy, unreliable and totally unorganized. He talks to people like garbage. Asked why something was still not done after months and told I was stupid, and he does not tolerate liars. We wasted over 20 thousand dollars with him. He never did anything he claimed he was going to. Out of all the lawyers I have dealt with he is defiantly the worse. He should be disbarred. He cost use thousands of dollars, never filed anything on time.
There is NO WAY I could sum up him being: Incompetent, Lying, Thieving, Shyster, Inadequate Counsel, Negligent, Disorganized, Complacent, on and on, in the few words i'm allowed to type here. So, I made a Video Review on both BitChute, & YouTube (also going to Rumble, and everywhere I can post it). I caught him in NUMEROUS LIES, he failed to submit documents by deadlines, he failed to communicate, he told me he acted because the judge told him to when I did not agree to the action nor when to perform the action, he represented the court more than myself, he always failed to challenge anything even when he knew and TOLD ME the court or whomever was not abiding by Kentucky Law, so much more. He is a liar, and shyster. Hire him at your own risk. I ONLY gave him "1 Star," because "0 Star" isn't an option. 2 minutes ago NEW As far as legal ethics rules and important principle with zealous advocacy, Evan fails. With reading some of these negative reviews, I can understand why so many people are unhappy with his services. This person seems to unfairly capitalize on his clients fear and anger by promising unnecessary aggressive acts in my opinion. He thinks below the standards. Just because a couple wishes to divorce, doesn’t mean that they need to end up hating each other and it certainly does not mean that the litigation needs to go on and on forever. Shame on you! All he wants to do is argue and drag things on and on. In my opinion, Evan is not looking to settle anything amicably or end things as swiftly if possible. Bad mouthing with personal insults and curse words of a persons partner of multiple years is SICK and extremely disrespectful and clearly shows exactly who you are as a person.
