Hired Attorney

Mark Rahrick is a scumbag, manipulative liar. Stay far away from him. His wife is a child doctor and he allows abuse to continue to children by supporting parents that abuse the system. It is terrible the things he will do to ruin people. He thinks he is a saint and some high status person of the city of owatonna but in reality he is a money hungry person that only cares about himself. Terrible, terrible person shame on you!
