I recently hired Scott to assist with my divorce case. Throughout the entire process, I never really felt like he was on my side. It felt like he talked down to me many times, and it seemed as though he would wait for the other attorney to submit something, and then send it to me to review and respond. I found it difficult to navigate this divorce, because it felt like I had nobody on my side. Then came the $10,000 bills from Scott, totaling over $65,000. When I questioned what these bills were for, and what work he had done for me, he fired me about a month before my court date leaving me without counsel during my trial. I felt like my case was just a means to an end for him, and that he was more interested in prolonging the length of my case to generate more money, and the second I started questioning why it was costing so much he bailed on me. I wouldn't recommend Scott to anyone seeking a legal representative who truly has their best interests at heart.
