Recently our company was at risk of serious legal action by a large NYC Corporation. I retained Bob because of his smarts and reputation. In spite of an aggressive timetable to respond to the opposing counsel, he was able to immediately reach out to resolve the matter quickly without running up hours of expensive fees. I've never had an attorney this responsive, honest, and proactive in communicating with me. A genuinely nice man who was smart and attentive to my case.

We had an intellectual property dispute with a large international firm. Mr. Haupt provided intelligent and strategic guidance that helped us avoid a long and messy legal battle. We were able to settle the matter outside of the courtroom thanks to his exceptional diplomacy working with opposing counsel while protecting our core position. I would not consider any other attorney when facing large well funded opponents.
