Hello, this has been the hardest paying bill I have ever tried to pay, what kind of collection agency take banking and routing number no cards, it seems they want to set people up for failure, you go to make the payment to money gram which show the closest place, you go there but the code that was given to me pulls up another law firm, call Firm stating to go to Walmart which it states on Money gram the nearest location with that code. I have never had to thru so many hurdles to pay a bill, it's ridiculous, what bill collector onlyhas one form of payment, seems they need to get with the new century instead of being cheap when collecting payments from people who actually want to pay their bills, also contacting the BBB cause this doesn't make any sense, all that I am going thru to pay this bill besides mailing it.

This Company actually call my friends Bosses personal cell phone number. Now I totally understand calling the person that is owing but harassment to others especially someone's boss that has absolutely nothing to do with it is Absolutely disgusting. No justification for that type of behavior. To the upper management. Get your staff in order. I smell lawsuits in the air.

I have been calling every day for weeks, leaving voicemails for someone to call me back. I have sent multiple emails. No one has called me back or contacted me. I have used the contact us form on their website, no response. Never have gotten a real person on the phone. Only to leave a message every single time.

I have been receiving calls from this Firm for the last couple months, will not tell me why they are calling and they will not leave a voicemail either. I will not verify personal information until i know the nature of the call.

Tried on two different occasions to contact this group though email to try to set up a payment plan. I do not use voice communications due to disability. They ignored my communications completely. Abelist and rude.

No need to help companies who are trapping people into high interest rates. Some kind of common decency, but I guess that would stop you from making money and making people homeless. Must feel good to win cases for predatory debtors.
