Foreclosure Standing: The U.S. Supreme Court in Carpenter v. Longan (83 U.S. 271, 1872) established that “the mortgage follows the note.” PennyMac does not hold both the note and deed of trust, and therefore lacks standing to pursue foreclosure. Retaliation: Any adverse action taken against me for asserting statutory rights constitutes unlawful retaliation under federal law. Requested Remedies: Withdrawal of foreclosure actions until PennyMac demonstrates lawful standing (note and deed of trust together). Due Process Clause – 14th Amendment: No person shall be deprived of property without due process of law. Fair warning . Attornies don’t have a license to practice law. They have a bar club membership card. They don’t give a c**p about anyone. ‘They just pilfer your hard earned money. GO LEARN THE LAW AND YOUR RIGHTS AND STAND UP FOR YOURSELF.
