I knew there might be times he would not be able to communicate due to his reserve status, but that does not mean his staff cannot communicate. There have been times where the court date was continued or other events have occurred and it took several attempts to speak with him or his staff. I felt that my case was NOT a priority and he did not care what happened either way. In fact, in the beginning, when I was trying to get a response from him, he called and yelled at me before even trying to understand what was actually occurring. If he responds by email, it takes multiple emails to get him to answer all questions asked (even if it's 2 questions) and he'll excuse it by saying he was in court and can't email back and forth- if you can't respond in full to an email, wait until you can or respond that you are in court and will respond when out rather than providing curt, terse and incomplete responses. Overall, I have been dissatisfied with his office and felt mistreated.
