Kyle successfully updated and did a thorough restatement of our Trust with a new amendment and change of executor. His advice to change the beneficiary on our IRA's to go to a not for profit will save a significant amount of taxes for our other beneficiary. He made sure we had all necessary documents to successfully hand over our estate to our family beneficiary and a not for profit.

Kyle was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions in terms I could understand. Documents were provided digitally in addition to hard copy.

Fearing a complete rewrite of what we had, we were pleased to learn that very little needed to be changed to adapt to Kansas law.
