This young man is fully qualified and has excellent people skills. He is city attorney for City of Eldon, is a member of a local fantastic instrumental group.
He is the most responsive attorney I have ever dealt with in getting back to you if he is not available when you call. He is also great at explaining things to you in plain language.

He was very thorough and courteous. Due to the distance from where I live to where he is, it wasn't easy. However, he communicated quite easily with me via email, phone & mail. I do think his firms prices are too high, but that's just the way it is.
The firm communicates primarily through letters, and the partners are very hard to get a hold of by phone (and even worse at returning calls). I was going through what should have been a textbook "open and close" case. However, I feel, they were not prepared at all for my case. Paperwork was turned in late, and I found it was due to my lawyer going to rehab. I was never informed of this by the firm (heard from others in town).
They were very unprofessional and lacked understanding of to help in my situation.
