Do not hire this lawyer. Absolutely the worst. Does nothing for you. He does cancel appointments, that he is good for. Once he gets your money, he will disappear.
Mr. Martel over the course of the month leading to my case conference made and cancelled five appointments in a row. I delivered the Affidavits and notice of case conference and he sat on them and did nothing. At the last minute he sent the duty council to represent me at court. Mr. Martel cancelled all appointments on the day of the appointment! I could not imagine less professionalism.
