Extremely unprofessional with no followup or compassion for families after the death of his paying clients. Our mother passed in January and his only contact was to email a copy of her will at our request. We left multiple messages seeking help with negotiating settling her estate with NO response. Now, 7 months after Mom’s death, his secretary informs us we should have filed for probate months ago! She went on to say they’re “much too busy” to see us and we’ll have to “get in line” for an appointment! Don’t waste your money if you expect to be treated with respect.
