Steele Law firm was recommended to me through another law firm. I could not of been more pleased with the way she handled my case. Her firm was always available to answer questions. Her firm gave me update on status of my case as well as any other pertinent information. Personnel appointments for discussing direction of my case was never wasted time. Prepared for any / all questions giving back quality answers / direction. The high quality of professionalism in her work would be hard matched.
Kim is the most unprofessional and clueless attorney I have ever met in the legal system. Kim has had our case 6 months and every day makes empty promises and NEVER follows through with anything. You can speak to Kim one day and the next day she will give you a different answer and doesn’t answer emails or her phone. We are now in the process of filing a complaint against her license as well as filing with the courts to have her removed as executor. She is the most ludicrous human being and will take your money and do nothing to follow up.
Worst experience ever! Same service as described by another client here pertaining to trying to get the paperwork for the retainer . I make 3 clients that have had the same issue in 4 months, the other having posted on Google reviews. Lack of communication is a huge issue, as is also work not being done as promised! The staff is completely unprofessional and abusive when speaking to clients. When brought to her attention, with a recording of how her staff spoke to us during a conversation, Ms. Steele defended her staff's behavior of using profanity and belittling of us, which was completely unprovoked, blaming her staff's unprofessionalism on us. No apologies from her or the staff, but told us we needed to apologize to her staff for upsetting them. We plan to elevate this matter to the state, as no paying client should be treated like this! Definitely would not recommend!
