Hired Attorney

I had Jean Brown as a Lawyer and she Great Job . She's from here (Oswego) and knows the Courts so that a plus . Just be honest with her. My case took a bit of time and one time a court date was missed and the Judge went up one side of me and down another but Mrs Brown stood up and told the Judge that the missed court Date was her fault (her office was supposed to call me but didn't, but you need to remember these Judges are tough and didn't believe her either way. But the thing you need to know is that she will fight for you. She has a great personality and is very easy to work with. Like any lawyers they are very busy , so just keep in touch with her and I am sure she will do her Best for you. I was a client of hers and would definitely use Her services again and recommend her to others.

I dealt mostly with her Paralegals, but both were VERY helpful in answering my questions and concerns and making sure I knew what was going on during the process

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
