About Amdursky, Pelky, Fennell and Wallen, P.C.

Our firm's roots extend more than a century back to its founding by Francis Culkin, who served Oswego as a District Attorney, County Judge and Congressman. In 1929, Leonard H. Amdursky joined the firm. During Mr. Amdursky's more than fifty years in practice, he became an honored trial attorney, who mentored numerous attorneys employed by the firm, several of whom later became State and Federal Judges. We are now a multi-service firm with extensive experience in civil litigation, criminal defense, real estate, Social Security and Worker's Compensation, and Family Law. The firm provides services in all Local, State and Federal Courts in Central and Upstate New York.

Tim Fennell is a dedicated, compassionate, knowledgeable, pragmatic attorney. He has navigated through a very difficult case and travesty in my family. He has yielded better results in this situation than the previous attorneys. Within his work he has reversed a wrongdoing left behind in a previous case, and for that I owe him a debt of gratitude. He is a great lawyer and a genuinely great person. I personally believe he is the best, but to be fair one of the best lawyers in Oswego and Onondaga county. His firm is my first choice to call in the event of legal assistance.

She also represented my daughter in her divorce case and was very understanding and compassionate and sympathetic to her needs as well!! What an awesome experience!!
