Barnstable Housing Authority has been working with Attorney Schulz for over five years. He has been extremely helpful as the agency has gone through planning, financing and closing on a multi-funded affordable housing project. A 40B permit appeal, title and eminent domain issues were addressed by Attorney Schulz in a highly effective manner. His help has been instrumental in the success of this project as with other real estate and contract work the agency has under taken.
