Dan Remer is an insolent little man. Let me explain. He still clings to the business name Castro & Remer despite Ms. CASTRO HAVING LEFT THE FIRM AFTER DIVORCING Dan. After a review of her qualifications and career, one could surmise she was the brains of the operation and with her gone, only a sad rumpled incompetent lawyer remains. Sad Dan is a terrible attorney. I am putting a complaint into the bar as he was either negligent or incompetent in a civil case that he lost for me after he had my money. The case was an easy lay up and he proposed a reasonable fee. I bit. Well we went to court and he did virtually nothing on my defense! He kept saying "they have no evidence". Meanwhile he let them perjure and enter evidence that should never have been allowed. He is not aggressive and even worse he is lazy. The only time he was aggressive and not lazy was to collect the 2nd half of his fee ahead of the time we originally agreed. Right before we lost the case. Do not use Dan Remer.
