Heath G. Mynsberge, a firm partner, was admitted to the Wisconsin bar in 2010. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin with honors. He is a member of the Winnebago County Bar Association, the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, the Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, the 7th Circuit of the United States Court of Appeals, and U.S. Tax Court. He practices in a number of areas, spending much of his time in litigation, business organizations and corporate law, commercial law, secured transaction, real estate, and bankruptcy.
