Pass this one by. I called to discuss a possible negligence. They took my information. The assistant called me back and said they wouldn't take it. Which is not a problem. What is a problem is that even though I pressed for an explanation why they apparently did not think it was worth a minute of their time to tell me why. Not even the assistant. Who was curt, rude and cold to me. Can you say lack of empathy. I can and will here. Not the kind of person I would want answering my telephone calls. I found this extremely insensitive and off-putting.
