Florida - If you have any questions about handling elder law affairs (POA, Medicaid, Wills, etc.) I cannot recommend Ms. Becker more highly. She and her staff offer exceptional assistance.

Hired Attorney Rebecca Becker

Rebecca Becker is a world class Elder Law Attorney. I learned of her when she presented a free seminar at a local college on Elder Law, Financial Responsibility and Retirement/Estate Planning. She is absolutely an expert in these areas and helped my family plan our wills, living trusts, p.o.a., and handled my mothers estate. She even offered to act as standing representative if we had no one else. She is great and professional I am glad I found her. Her office is in her home, a personal touch!

Hired Law Firm

This woman works from her home and the day I saw her she seemed very distracted and more interested in repairs going on in her home. I gave her a deposit but then rethought it and called and said I preferred to use another lawyer.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
