Brooks was 100% worthless. He failed to reply to multiple emails and phone calls. He did absolutely nothing for more than 6 months and when we finally retrieved the will from the office in person, he didn’t show his face. Absolute garbage.
Had done some work for us after my Dad died. After my Mom died in Oct we needed a few things done for the Estate. Could not even get them to return my calls. Multiple VMs and emails were never replied to. Frustrating.
I would not recommend this opportunistic lawyer to anyone who is elderly or in a similar position that makes them easy to take advantage of. This Lawyer charged my mother in law over a grand with nothing to show. When we sent an email to ask her what her fee schedule was, she even charged my poor mother in law for a four sentence response (with an evasive answer). Please steer clear.
