I had a wonderful and totally positive experience with this firm. My attorney Bill Ruffier and his staff made me feel important and cared about, and that goes a long way with me. When I'd get nervous or confused about legal matters, they would deftly put my fears to rest and remind me they were 100% in my corner. I would suggest anyone who needs a good attorney to use this firm.

Hired Attorney

Mr. Ruffier wasted 6 weeks of my time, in a case where time was of the essence, before telling me he was not interested. He provided no reason for his refusal and no helpful feedback. Ruffier also promised he would file a 90 day extension and then never did. This is highly unethical and his subsequent refusal to respond to my request for follow-up, is further evidence of his bad faith practices. I would advise anyone contacting Ruffier to beware.
