I have no problem with Mr. Mitchell however his office is incredibly unprofessional. When I got an offer on my settlement for my severe car accident sustaining great injuries it was barely enough to pay my expenses. I asked his assistant if we could go higher, she said they got an offer for 15k and she laughed at me saying it was too late to ask for more. A MONTH later I learned that nothing was finalized and we could have proceeded with a bigger settlement.. Unacceptable from Morgan & Morgan.
