About Thomas DeLattre

Tom DeLattre was born in Yorktown, New York, and raised in Syracuse, New York. He joined the firm in 1994 and is currently a partner at Wieland & DeLattre, P.A. His practice is primarily dedicated to advocating for clients who have suffered injuries in trucking, motor vehicle, and motorcycle accidents. Additionally, he has extensive experience handling cases involving negligent road construction design, premises liability, defective products, and workplace injuries.

Mr. DeLattre is a distinguished member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an exclusive group of trial lawyers who have secured settlements or verdicts of $1 million or more.
