Shea is absolutely wonderful! I would never have gotten through the Social Security disability process, without her help! My application was denied and I hired Shea for my appeal. She patiently explained the process. My calls were returned in a prompt fashion. She represented me very well with the administrative law judge and I am very pleased with the outcome. At a time when you feel down and overwhelmed, it is a big relief to know you have a professional on your side in Shea Fugate.

Hiring an attorney while dealing with a debilitating health issue was not what I would have chosen to do at a bad time in my life. With all the red tape with workers comp and long term disability and them forcing me to file for social security disability, I contacted Shea Fugate's office for help. I was treated with compassion and professionalism by Shea and her assistant. I was kept updated on my case from day 1 all the way through to resolution. Ms. Fugate went above & beyond my expectations!

took her two years just to get a hearing set. i have heard from several other people, it should not have taken that long with an atty. Terrible about calling me. I just happen to have a friend letting me stay in a room at her house or I would be homeless by now. Her receptionist said if they knew that they could of set the hearing sooner but I did tell her that in the first phone call. My home was already being foreclosed and I told her that during our first phone call. I finally called her.
