Hired Attorney Stuart I. Hyman

I have hired Mr. Hyman several times. He is the most knowledgeable defense attorney I know in the state of Florida. He cares about his clients, and he wants the best outcome. He's very honest and will tell you up front what you are possibly looking at. He works hours and hours and never gives up. I was so impressed watching him argue in court! This man is a genius. I would recommend him to anybody.

Very very impressed with Mr Hyman. Court and everything was dragged on for 3 years, as it was during Covid. I was hoping for a reduction in charges, and probably court cost/probation. I figured that was my best case scenario. Finally, we went to a suppression hearing. Mr Hyman was very well prepared with many previous court cases to back up his argument. He got the entire case thrown out, and the arrest was recorded as an illegal arrest. I’m still in shock, but you won’t be disappointed if you decide to go with him! Price was extremely fair as well. I’d have paid over double more for that kind of verdict!

The best DUI attorney in Central Florida. Got mine dismissed. He's recognized by judges and he knows the law to a tee. Would recommend him and have to many, many people.

I spoke with 2 other attorneys before deciding to go with Mr. Hyman, he was not the least expensive, but when I spoke with him he exuded confidence and based on the short time I spent with him, he had a very convincing argument for my case. He was very professional and it was amazing to watch him cross examine witnesses. I was looking at a lengthy prison sentence and I walked away with what I considered a light sentence considering my situation. I would highly recommend Mr. Hyman.

This man is a criminal. Taking money to keep filing motions to just make the case drag out for a murderer. He makes a mockery of our judicial system because if you have money he will just keep filing and charging. No regard to the actual victims who have to keep living through this as he drags it out in courts with nonsense. How he sleeps at night is beyond comprehension. Disgusting, inhumane. But hey he doesn’t care as long as you can pay! He just keeps filing motions! Victims of murder in no way have any actual rights. And believe me he doesn’t care! Keep giving him that money! Pure evil.
