Steven Hermosa was born and raised in Orlando, Florida, where he continues to live with his wife and two children. Growing up, he was taught the value of hard work and dedication, and he prides himself on employing those principles to obtain the best result for every client.
Mr. Hermosa graduated from the University of West Florida with bachelor’s degrees in economics and political science and was a member of the men’s soccer team. He earned his law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. While in law school, he won first place in a national moot court competition focused on the constitutional implications of a court-ordered sale over the objection of fifty percent of the corporate shareholders.
After law school, Mr. Hermosa worked for the largest insurance defense firm in Florida, and then worked for one of the largest defense firms in the country. During his time with both, he regularly defended some of the country’s largest insurers and Fortune 500 corporations in auto, trucking, premises liability, and product liability cases. He now uses that experience to zealously fight for his injured clients.
